We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return something then the item needs to be returned to us in a saleable condition its original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order for us to be able to issue a refund. Due to perishable nature of tea we are unable to offer refunds if the tea pouches have been opened.  

We are unable to offer an exchange unless the item is faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item then the item must be returned and a new order must be placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vayutea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition. The item is your responsibility until we receive it, and you are responsible to pay the cost of the returns postage. We recommend using a tracked method.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
